Our Mission
The Wellness Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Dallas County, and incorporated in the State of Texas. (Fed. tax ID #: 75-2877107.) Our mission is to provide health care and health-related education to low income families unable to access mainstream health care. Located in the northeast sector of Grand Prairie, the Wellness Center operates within a federally designated Medically Underserved Area (“MUA”). Our patients include residents from both Dallas and Tarrant Counties, and patients typically reside in 75050 zip code.

Goals and Objectives
I. To provide preventive health care and health-related education to low-income families unable to access mainstream health care.

II. To provide these services in a compassionate manner while preserving the dignity of each individual without regard to economic or social status.
