Definition of long-term success:

There will be less need for urgent care because more people will be taking advantage of preventative care and health-related education.

Definition of short-term success:

 Provide health care for the medically vulnerable in our community. Our budget estimate for 2010 is 6,149 patients receiving medical and dental services with a value of $562,500.00.
 Increase number of patients aware of GP Wellness Center services
