As CFT’s strategic learning and evaluation director, Lisa leads comprehensive evaluation frameworks that measure and amplify CFT’s community impact across health, wealth, living and learning. She designs and executes mixed-methods evaluations, helping nonprofit leaders develop logic models and use data-driven insights to maximize social impact. Lisa champions equitable evaluation practices and builds learning capacity across the organization and among grantees. She is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies and advanced analytics to enhance evaluation methodologies and drive organizational innovation.
Prior to joining CFT, Lisa spent over 14 years transforming complex data into actionable insights to address social problems across federal agencies, private companies and nonprofit organizations. She previously served as the principal evaluator at Trewon Technologies, product strategy manager at Indeed, and held senior analytical roles with the City of Fort Worth, the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Lisa holds a bachelor’s in sociology from Texas A&M University, and both a master’s and Ph.D. in sociology from the University of Pennsylvania.
