Beverly manages all CFT properties and facilities. She is also responsible for CFT off-site locations in Palacios, the Rio Grande Valley, Austin and Collin County. She manages relationships with tenants and oversees CFT-hosted and externally hosted meetings and events.
Beverly began her career at Fannie Mae in the marketing department as an analyst, senior negotiator and operations manager before becoming the director of process management. She then served as the director of corporate facilities and security for 13 years. While there, she also oversaw all community service activities for the 2,200 employees in the Dallas office, helping women and children's groups and the homeless.
Beverly holds a bachelor’s of business administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
