As CFT’s deputy director of programs, Chasidy supports the intermediary relationship and work between TEA and schools in the Early College High School, T-STEM, and P-TECH school models. She designs rural strategy and supports rural schools with development and implementation of these models, and their higher education and industry partners.
Prior to joining CFT in 2018, Chasidy founded Lifeline Leadership Consulting, serving various nonprofits and companies. She also has been the program director for Reading Partners North Texas and worked as a teacher, curriculum designer, administration and assistant professor in public and higher education.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies in education from Angelo State University and a master of education from Texas Tech University. She's also a Ph.D. A.B.D. in curriculum and instruction at Texas Tech University.
