Evan works on the development team at Educate Texas, CFT's education initiative to increase post-secondary readiness, access and success for students across the state. He focuses on growing and strengthening relationships with current partners, as well as researching and cultivating new networks of support.

A native of San Diego, Evan has lived all around the country, moving to Dallas in 2018. Prior to joining CFT, he worked on the women's philanthropy and grantmaking teams at the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas. Before that, Evan worked in development and communications for One Family, Inc., a nonprofit agency based in Boston working to end family homelessness in Massachusetts.

Evan holds a bachelor's degree in political science and international studies from Stonehill College. Awarded the Critical Language Scholarship for Chinese in 2016, he is a international exchange alumnus of the U.S. Department of State.
