Jazminda focuses on CFT’s education initiative to increase post-secondary readiness, access and success for students across the state. As a program associate, she is responsible for supporting projects within the College and Career Readiness portfolio, and she contributes to other organizational priorities as needed.
Prior to joining CFT, Jazminda was a specialist in corporate and foundation partnerships for Susan G. Komen and a program manager for Florence Crittenton, a Phoenix-based nonprofit supporting at-risk girls. She has spent her entire career in the nonprofit sector focusing on health, education and creating opportunities for underserved communities.
Jazminda holds two bachelor’s degrees in political science and government and women's and gender studies from Santa Clara University and a Master of Public Administration from Grand Canyon University. She is working toward her educational doctorate in organizational leadership through Grand Canyon University.
