As senior director of strategy and analytics, Jeffrey is responsible for oversight, internal alignment, and measurement of Educate Texas’ multiyear strategy cycles. He also leads internal learning and evaluation activities to ensure a clear understanding of how Educate Texas impacts Texas students.

Prior to joining CFT, Jeffrey led the Seattle office and the education practice at FSG, a global nonprofit strategy, research and evaluation consulting firm.

Jeffrey holds a bachelor’s in classics from Harvard University, a master’s in classical philology from Yale University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is a board member for Central District Forum for Arts and Ideas.
