Kaci Thane is an officer on CFT’s Learning and Insights team. She builds the data systems and procedures that track the results of the foundation’s grantmaking, supporting data-driven decisions about CFT’s work within communities and connecting organizations to evaluation resources.

She also supports knowledge building within the team through reports and data visualizations as well as helps coordinate convenings and events. Within the Philanthropy Team, she is a contact for organizations whose work focuses on the natural environment and public greenspace, as well as healthy food access and food equity. She's also helped lead CFT’s Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy program.
 

Kaci holds a bachelor’s in business management from Texas A&M, with a focus on entrepreneurship, and an additional certificate in nonprofits and social innovation.
