Karina is on the College and Career Readiness team for CFT's Educate Texas. She supports the team’s work by overseeing communications and outreach, and supporting resource development, program management and multiple regional convenings across the state.
Karina has worked in the education space for the majority of her career, doing assessment work for student affairs at Southern Methodist University and career development for the Lyle School of Engineering.
Karina holds a bachelor’s in political science from Bryn Mawr College and a master’s in educational policy and leadership from Southern Methodist University.
