Tanisia is an associate on the Best in Class team, a coalition powered by CFT and the Commit Partnership. She provides technical support for Accelerated Campus Excellence (ACE) schools across Texas.

Prior to joining CFT, she was a classroom teacher, assistant principal, academic facilitator, principal and project manager for school districts across the DFW metroplex. She worked in both traditional school districts and charter schools, creating efficient, effective and sustainable processes to improve student outcomes.

Tanisia holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Chicago State University and a master’s degree in educational leadership and policy studies from the University of Texas – Arlington. She is a certified Project Management Professional.
