Zimo is part of the Insights and Analytics team of Educate Texas. Through program evaluation, data analysis and data visualization, she helps Educate Texas use data to inform program improvement and strategy, measure impact and tell the story of that impact.
Zimo previously worked as an analyst at Philips Wellcentive, a population health IT company, and she has worked in program evaluation with CARE International and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Prior to that, she worked as a bilingual women’s case manager at Genesis Women’s Shelter and served in the Peace Corps in Nicaragua.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in history of science and medicine from Yale University and a master’s of public health in global epidemiology from Emory University.
