As senior director of talent and organizational effectiveness, Teresa is responsible for driving the development and execution of all CFT Learning, Development, and Performance Management practices. She also serves as the HR Business Partner for Educate Texas.
With over 25 years of human resources and leadership experience, Teresa has dedicated her career to helping individuals unearth their true potential and foster self-awareness, self-discovery, and personal growth.
Prior to CFT, Teresa worked for Macy’s as a store manager and HR manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University and is an ICF Certified Executive, Leadership, and Career Coach.
