Donate to Help At-Risk Middle School Youth in North Texas

The population of at-risk middle school youth in the Dallas area is approximately 75,000 students (roughly 48% of the middle school population). "At-Risk" youth are defined as those more likely to: encounter difficulties in their academic, family, or social lives; engage in drug or alcohol abuse; leave home; and/ore commit crimes and become incarcerated. Improvements in middle school achievement is the best predictor of college and career readiness in 11th and 12th graders.
