Field of Interest Funds

Unrestricted and Field of Interest Funds

If you have a particular charitable passion area (arts, education, elderly, etc.) but do not want to be involved in the details of grantmaking, donating to a field of interest fund is perfect for you! We manage 13 different general interest funds and call for nonprofit proposals to fund these areas every year.

If your passion area is not reflected, we can open a new field of interest fund in your desired focus area and manage charitable grantmaking on your behalf with your gift.

Arts Magnet

The Art of Financial Management

Looking to raise a large amount of money to help restore the original Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts campus and build a new state-of-the-art facility adjacent to the 1922 building—without spending resources on staff and infrastructure to manage those funds—the Arts Magnet Advisory Board partnered with CFT when it launched a capital campaign. Read more about how CFT worked with Booker T. Washington High School.
