Joellyn Smith Fund for Breast Cancer Support

Joelle Smith
Joellyn Smith was a caring mother, devoted wife and a passionate community volunteer.  When she lost her battle with breast cancer at 56 years old, her husband and four children decided to find a way to support patients and families struggling with the realities of a horrible disease.  As part of Communities Foundation of Texas, the Joellyn Smith Fund for Breast Cancer Support will provide grants to nonprofit organizations that provide screenings, travel arrangements, counseling groups, hospice assistance, and other necessary every day activities and services that become difficult when diagnosed with breast cancer.  Please consider making a donation to support this Fund.
