Educate Texas Shares Recommendations and Priorities for the Texas 88th Legislature


Ahead of the next 140 days under the “pink dome” of the Texas Capitol, Educate Texas’ Policy and Advocacy team convened practitioners from public and higher education and the workforce to develop priorities and recommendations for the Texas legislature

CFT awards $435,000 across 35 local nonprofits in support of social services

On December 7, 2022, CFT honored Dr. Marcellus Clayton Cooper with the installation of a historical marker outside the Caruth Homeplace in acknowledgement of his historical importance and impact as he forged a path forward for many in the community across Texas and around the country.

Kaleidoscope Park, previously referred to as Community Performance Park, is poised to become one of the most innovative, inclusive, and programmed public greenspaces in North Texas. Kaleidoscope Park is expected to open in late 2023.
