CFT’s fourth Data-Driven Decision Making (D3) class focuses on education-oriented nonprofits
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND, CFT’s D3 class will now help education nonprofits improve strategic decision making, refine budgets and develop new programs.
A connected group of 16 nonprofits that currently serve youth age 0-18 were selected through a competitive and rigorous process and asked to make a 9-month commitment to the program. Participants will engage in a series of workshops about using data and evaluation to inform decision making along with one-on-one coaching.
Since its inception in 2012, CFT’s D3 has had overwhelming success helping nonprofit agencies develop a shared understanding of current issues, areas of need, and new ways to understand and use data. Leaders of many of the participating organizations have called it a game-changing experience.
