Just A Queen With Goals Empowering Women is a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting underserved youth and women in the Arlington Fort Worth area, with a focus on communities facing economic hardship.
Founded in 2021 by Jamarrero “Nikki” Jackson, the organization offers programs and resources that provide structure, support, and empowerment. Core initiatives include financial literacy, mental health awareness, mentorship, trauma healing, and social and emotional learning.
Through educational workshops, community events, and partnerships with local businesses, Just A Queen With Goals Empowering Women creates safe spaces where participants can build resilience and self-confidence. With a strong commitment to service, the nonprofit also operates a Community Resource Closet that supplies essential items to over 500 families weekly.

- Make 1-year commitment to their role.
- Commit approximately 10 hours per month dedicated to organizational activities.
- Attend quarterly board meetings and participation in fundraising efforts.
- Support brand awareness by actively representing and promoting the organization within your networks.
