22Kill – Veterans

22KILL works to raise awareness of the veteran suicide epidemic by educating the public on Post Traumatic Stress and other mental health issues. They do so by providing traditional and non-traditional forms of therapy that focus on mental and physical health, with the primary focus of suicide prevention through empowerment. Funding is requested to support 22KILL's Stay the Course program, which provides counselors who are well-versed in the military and first responder culture and are able to provide meaningful connections to the clients and their families. Through this program, clients will receive counseling and resources to fill gaps in their needs. Roughly 700 veterans, first responders and family members will be engaged through these services.
