Pastoral Reflections Institute is dedicated to awakening all to the abundance of God’s loving presence made manifest in our humanity. Pastoral Reflections Institute teaches and reflects on this universal spiritual truth shared through podcasts, online video, printed and audio material, seminars, and retreats.

Paws in the City


Paws in the City is an all-volunteer, no-kill organization with a commitment to ending the overpopulation, abuse, and neglect of DFW area dogs. All of their funds go directly to dogs in need. Paws in the City's goal is that every adoptable dog finds a loving home.

Per Scholas


Per Scholas is a national organization that has been advancing economic mobility through rigorous training, professional development, and robust employer connections. They prepare individuals traditionally underrepresented in technology for high-growth careers in the industry. They are seeking three board members who are diverse women leaders, preferably with tech passion.

Plano Civic Chorus


The mission of the Plano Civic Chorus is to enrich the North Texas community by performing great choral masterpieces and exceptional modern choral works. They are seeking two board members to provide fresh perspectives and to compliment their existing capabilities. 

Plano Youth Leadership


Plano Youth Leadership (PYL) provides high school sophomores with diverse experiences that inspire lifelong leadership development and community involvement.

Prelude Clubhouse


Prelude Clubhouse is a local community center that provides Members (adults 18 and above with a diagnosis of mental illness) with opportunities to build long-term relationships, work-ordered days utilizing their skills within the Clubhouse; participation in decision matters relating to Clubhouse operations, opportunities for employment through a Transitional Employment Program; assistance in accessing community-based educational resources; access to crisis intervention services; evening/weekend social and recreational events. They are currently seeking two board members who may be interested in stepping up as an officer of the board.

PrideRock Wildlife Refuge


PrideRock Wildlife Refuge provides permanent sanctuary and shelter for mistreated and unwanted wild animals, primarily lions, tigers, bobcats, bears and wolves.

Prospera


Prospera collects used hotel soap bars and factory end pieces of soap that would otherwise be thrown in landfills and provides work for Panamanian women recycling that soap into new bars for people in need.

Rae’s Hope, Inc.


Rae’s Hope’s mission is to empower at-risk girls to take charge of their lives and
become productive members of their community. They are seeking five board members with skills in event planning, fundraising, networking, marketing, accounting, community outreach, and higher education.
