National Volunteer Month

National Volunteer Month:
#DOTHEGOOD in April 2023

Communities Foundation of Texas is proud to engage the North Texas community in a celebration of volunteer service during the month of April! CFT’s National Volunteer Month is a community-wide volunteer effort that coincides with National Volunteer Appreciation Month. Individuals and families, community leaders, nonprofits, and businesses are invited to participate in the movement to #DoTheGood across our region.

CFT for Business will host events designed for member companies and employees including:

• Nonprofit fair and networking reception to kickoff National Volunteer Month on March 2, 2023

• Weekly volunteer projects and learnings

 

Each week’s nonprofit and volunteer activities will align with one of
CFT’s FOUR INTERSECTIONAL PILLARS OF THRIVING:
