Crisis Ministries
Crisis Ministries is a 100% volunteer nonprofit primarily serving residents of Irving. Services include a food pantry, financial assistance and stability, hygiene/wellness, job assistance and homeless assistance.
Board Member Needs:
Crisis Ministries is seeking three new board members to serve two-year terms, joining a board with 10 current members. Ideal members will have backgrounds in law, marketing, and/or fundraising and grant work.
Requirements:
- Members are asked to meet once per month, currently the second Tuesday morning of each month.
- Board members typically give four hours per month for board-related work. Many board members also volunteer in other ways.
