ONSTAGE in Bedford
ONSTAGE provides quality theatrical entertainment for North Texans at an affordable cost. They're currently facing a huge change in how they operate due to losing their city-provided space.
Board Member Needs:
They are needing to replace their outgoing treasurer.
TREASURER DUTIES
- Maintain all financial information for the organization
- Provide updates at each board meeting, sending out updated reports one week prior to the upcoming Board meeting
- Issue and record all payments for stipends and expense reimbursments, make payments for show royalties on a timely basis
- Learn Box Office software
- Other duties as assigned
Would prefer a certified CPA, but will consider equivilent experience.
Other Information:
Board meets once a month, on the third Tuesday of the month starting at 7 pm.
