Please read the scholarship descriptions carefully to understand the criteria. No documentation will be accepted outside of the application portal or after the scholarship deadline that is listed below.

Dallas Geological Society


The Dallas Geological Society are one-year awards of up to $5,000 given to current undergraduate and graduate students pursuing a degree in Geological Sciences.

Denbury Scholarship


Denbury Scholarships are awards of up to $5,000 per student per year that may be used for tuition, books, fees, and on campus housing at any college, university, trade or vocational school in the United States or its possessions. The scholarship may be renewed annually for up to four years.

Dr. Anson L. Clark Scholarship Fund


The Dr. Anson L. Clark Scholarship Fund awards multiple scholarships of up to $20,000 total for tuition and fees support at an accredited college or university in the State of Texas to graduating seniors from Dallas Independent School District high schools.

ECLAT Foundation Scholarship


The ECLAT Foundation Scholarships are one-year $2,000 scholarships that may be used to support tuition books and fees at any accredited college or university in the state of Texas.

Elizabeth Anne Ala Scholarship


The Elizabeth Anne Ala Scholarship awards one scholarship of up to $2,000 to a graduating senior of any high school in Garland ISD that has participated and excelled in the bilingual studies/ESL program. The scholarship may be used for tuition, fees and books at any accredited college or university in the United States or its possessions.

Father of the Year Scholarship and Gregory Sampson Scholarship


The Father of the Year Scholarship and the Gregory Sampson Scholarship are awarded to graduating high school seniors in financial need who have achieved an average degree of academic excellence. These one-year awards provide $5,000 per student to be used for tuition, fees and books at any accredited college or university the United States or its possessions, including but not limited to four-year universities and community colleges.

General James H. Doolittle Scholarship Fund


The General James H. Doolittle Scholarship awards one or more scholarships of up to $5,000 to college juniors, seniors or graduate students pursuing a degree in aerospace science, aeronautical engineering or a related field at any accredited college or university in the United States or its possessions.

George W. Bush Presidential Foundation North Korea Freedom Scholarship


The George W. Bush Presidential Foundation North Korea Freedom Scholarship provides one or more annual scholarships for up to $15,000 per year, per student to deserving students who intend to pursue an educational program in the United States or its possessions. Applicants must be lawful permanent residents of the United States, U.S. citizens, or refugees who were born in North Korea prior to legal immigration to the United States or their immediate family members.

Giana Foundation Scholarship


The Giana Foundation Scholarships are one-year scholarships of up to $5,000 that may be used for tuition books and fees at any accredited four year college or university or community college in the United States or its possessions to pursue a degree in the Visual and/or Performing Arts. Up to four total scholarships will be awarded annually.
