Homeless Veterans Services of Dallas
HVSD provides assistance in the areas of housing and self sufficiency to homeless and at-risk veterans and their families. Funding is needed to provide rent and utility assistance for 48 veterans, salary for a Program Manager and Stand Down plus other outreach events. Overall 2,550 veterans have been served.

Honor Courage Commitment, Inc.
HCC's mission is to maximize military veteran talent by preparing and mentoring men and women who have previously served our country for successful entrepreneurship, business and community leadership. Funds are specifically requested for increasing participation of Black, Asian and Hispanic veteran participation and also to support a pilot financial education program focused on widows of veterans.

Honoring Our Wounded Military
HOWM's mission is to raise support for our wounded military by conducting benefit events. Funds are needed to support the purchase of a home for a wounded warrior's family. The homes are used for ADA compliance and furnishings.

Metroplex Military Charitable Trust
Metroplex Military Charitable Trust (MMCT) provides economic support to military personnel (regular, reserved or retired) and to military support charities and volunteer organizations. Metroplex Veterans Legal Services, a project of MMCT, provides free legal counsel and advice to low income, unemployed, homeless, disabled, elderly or at-risk homeless veterans. Legal matters such as unresolved traffic tickets and bankruptcy become barriers for veterans to obtain employment. Funds are requested to support Metroplex Veterans Legal Services, specifically management fees, computer software and IT costs.

North Texas Patriot Anglers
North Texas Patriot Anglers is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly-fishing and educational outings. Funds are needed for various fly fishing equipment.

Patriot Paws Service Dogs
Patriot Paws Service Dogs' mission is to train and provide service dogs of the highest quality at no cost to disabled American veterans and others with mobile disabilities in order to help restore their physical and emotional independence. Funds are requested for its Offender Reentry Imitative; Veterinary Equipment and Supplies as well as its High School Transition initiative.

Soldiers' Angels
Soldiers' Angels serves 2,600 Dallas veterans annually by providing aid and comfort to the men and women of the armed services and their families. Funding is requested to cover expenses of lunches and dinners for veterans in need of a nutritious meal while waiting at the Dallas VA Hospital for out-patient services, or for homeless veterans. Funding is also requested for hygiene kits for homeless veterans at the hospital's annual Stand Down event. Funding is requested for box lunches for low-income and homeless veterans; food distributions and hygiene kits for homeless veterans.

Tribute Comfort Dogs' mission is to enrich the lives of all those who answer the call to serve and their families through the strength of the human-animal bond. Funds are needed for a multi-purpose trailer, a team handler and its unleashed program that focuses social facilitation of the human-animal bond.
