As the Community Philanthropy Associate, Alexander supports driving impactful grantmaking and fostering meaningful connections between donors and nonprofits. Alexander manages community grant processes, ensuring fair, efficient, and transparent systems for supporting nonprofit organizations. By learning from nonprofit and community leaders, Alexander helps guide CFT’s grantmaking to align with the needs of North Texas communities and create meaningful, lasting change.

Prior to joining CFT in 2021, Alexander worked as the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement at his alma mater, Austin College. There he worked on alumni volunteer programming and fundraising efforts. He also worked at the Texoma Health Foundation where he supported place-based philanthropy in the development and launch of the Texoma Health Foundation Park.
