Alice Rodriguez is co-owner of Kendall Milagro Inc., a boutique home builder business that she and her husband founded over 20 years ago.
Alice has over 35 years of extensive banking experience with JPMorgan Chase and its predecessors. She’s held executive positions in business banking, consumer Banking, and wealth management. Her most recent role was Head of JPMorgan Chase Community Impact Organization, where she provided strategic counsel and leadership in community engagement initiatives and localization strategy.
Alice earned a B.B.A. in Management from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
Alice currently sits on the boards of Oncor Electric Delivery Co. and Huntington Bank. Her expertise in business and leadership has been recognized both nationally and locally, and a lifelong commitment to minority-driven causes has earned Alice numerous nonprofit board appointments and accolades.
Recent honors and awards include the Mujeres Legendarias de Ford Leadership Award (2022), the Girl Scouts of North Texas Women of Distinction Award (2020), the Latino Leaders Maestro Award (2019), the University of Texas-RGV Distinguished Alumni Award (2017), and many others, including the Dallas Business Journal’s Minority Business Leader Award, YWCA’s Academy of Women Leaders Award, and the Texas Women Foundation’s Maura Women Helping Women Award.
She’s been named a “Top 50 Most Powerful Latina Women in Corporate America” by the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA) on multiple occasions.

Alice is Chairwoman of DreamSpring, a CDFI, and past Chairwoman of United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the boards of United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Education Fund, AVANCE., Latino Business Action Network, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, and the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens.
