Erica is the first point of contact for callers and visitors and is the face and voice of CFT. She sets the tone and perception for the foundation and plays a key role in supporting CFT’s goal to be a welcoming place to all who visit, regardless of business purpose.
Prior to CFT, Erica worked for Spring Valley Construction Company as their front desk administrative assistant.
