On MLK Day 2012, CFT trustees, staff and donors met at the North Texas Food Bank to fill backpacks for Food4Kids. Each Friday, the North Texas Food Bank sends food-filled backpacks home with about 12,000 students in more than 20 area school districts. The nutritious, kid-friendly products are sometimes all that child will have to eat until he or she returns to the classroom on Monday.
