Foundation for C.H.O.I.C.E. supports at-risk high school and college students through mentoring, college and career readiness programs, and hands-on career exploration. They connect students with caring mentors and professionals who help them build confidence, navigate college applications, and explore future careers. Through workshops, field trips, job shadowing, and community partnerships, the organization helps students overcome barriers and take meaningful steps toward their goals.

Foundation for C.H.O.I.C.E. is seeking two board members to join for one year beginning in Fall of 2027, with the opportunity to renew annually.
Requirements
Foundation for C.H.O.I.C.E. is looking for board and committee members who are passionate about supporting at-risk students and expanding access to college and career opportunities.
Preferred experience in the following areas:
- Nonprofit Leadership
- Fundraising
- Finance
- Marketing
- Education
- Human Resources
- Community Outreach

Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings
- Contribute their skills and ideas
- Support fundraising and community engagement
- Serve as an ambassador for Foundation for C.H.O.I.C.E.
Volunteer responsibilities may include:
- Helping with events
- Making introductions to potential partners and sponsors
- Supporting committee projects
Time commitments vary by role.
Financial contributions and assistance securing donations or sponsorships are encouraged, with specific expectations discussed during the onboarding process.
Board member terms last 1 year.
