  • The Jesus Girls Rock Leadership Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Its mission is to equip and empower Christian women with the skills, support, and recognition they need to excel as CEOs, executives, leaders, and change-makers.

    The foundation is dedicated to fostering a global community of women leaders who thrive across all business sectors and industries by providing opportunities for networking, mentoring, coaching, and training in servant leadership principles and overall leadership development.

  • This is a remote volunteer role for a board member of the Jesus Girls Rock Leadership Foundation. Board members are responsible for:

    • Providing strategic guidance
    • Overseeing organizational activities
    • Participating in meetings
    • Supporting the foundation’s mission and vision

    The foundation currently offers the following board member roles: Vice-Chairman of the Board, Board Secretary, Fund Development Coordinator, Corporate Sponsorship Coordinator, and Grant Writer.

  • Board members must:

    • Be a U.S. Citizen and reside within the United States
    • Have leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
    • Experience in nonprofit governance or board membership is a plus
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Commitment to the organization’s mission and values
    • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment

    The board meets quarterly and service terms last two years.
