LRTC Training Center provides occupational training to participants so they can develop the in-demand skills necessary to gain employment and excel in their new careers. By offering participants valuable life skills and support services, the Training Center is equipping them with the knowledge and confidence necessary to overcome any barriers preventing them from leading happy lives inside and outside their professional careers.

The board is seeking a new member with connections in the community such as bankers or attorneys to help LRTC establish strong relationships with local institutions. Ideal board members will bring valuable skills and dedication to help grow the organization.
Specifically:
- Experience managing professional social media accounts
- Writing or marketing experience for nonprofits or businesses
- Enjoy working with and helping others

Board members must:
- Have a community alliance with either of the following: Nonprofits, Schools, Churches, Organizations, Agencies, Corporations, or Government/state agencies
- Make a significant financial contribution with no specific dollar amount
- Be willing to dedicate time and energy to helping bring this nonprofit organization to full fruition
