Noggin Educational Foundation is a Dallas-based nonprofit dedicated to closing academic gaps for students through mentoring, tutoring, and family engagement. They partner with schools and volunteers to provide students with the tools and confidence to succeed in school and in life. Their work focuses on ensuring every child, regardless of background, has access to the support needed to reach their full potential.

Noggin Educational Foundation is seeking new board members. Member terms last two years. Board members should:
- Bring experience in business, education, philanthropy, or the nonprofit sector
- Have a commitment to, and understanding of, Noggin’s beneficiaries
- Have a commitment to the short and long-term growth of the organization
- Exhibit natural affinity for developing and cultivating relationships
- Possess personal qualities of integrity and credibility
- Have a passion for improving the lives of Noggin’s beneficiaries
- Serve as an ambassador for the organization and share its mission with your sphere of influence and beyond

Board members must:
- Ensure the organization has the financial and human resources it needs to fulfill its mission
- Commit approximately 10 hours a month. Each Board Member is responsible for one committee
- Attend monthly meetings
