ReDirect Inc. is seeking 4 board members to join for 1 year, beginning in the Fall/Winter of 2026.
Requirements:
ReDirect Inc. seeks leaders committed to adult reentry and second chances who can strengthen board governance, fundraising, corporate relationships, and opportunities for returning citizens.
Preferred experience in the following:
- fundraising
- corporate sponsorships
- finance/ accounting
- nonprofit governance
- legal matters
- workforce development
- community partnerships
*Lived experience of reentry is valued
Prospective members will participate in an introductory conversation to discuss mission alignment, responsibilities, and availability before board approval and orientation.

Responsibilities:
The organization will establish specific service expectations and any financial contribution requirements through organizational review.
The board meets quarterly, with additional committee meetings or special meetings as needed. Virtual participation will be available.
Board member terms last 1 year, with the opportunity for renewal.
