Runnin’ Free Ranch

  • Runnin’ Free Ranch is a trauma-informed equine-assisted counseling nonprofit serving individuals and families in North Texas. The organization provides experiential mental health services, partnering with horses to help veterans, first responders, at-risk youth, individuals with special needs, and families experience healing, hope, and freedom.

Its mission is to remove financial barriers to quality mental health care by offering services at low or no cost, ensuring that those who need support most can access it. Through the powerful relationship between horse and human, Runnin’ Free Ranch creates a space where lives are restored, resilience is built, and transformation becomes possible.
