Spay Neuter Network’s mission is to eliminate pet overpopulation through spay/neuter services while empowering communities to care responsibly for their pets.
Its vision is to create compassionate communities free of homeless pets. Spay Neuter Network has four clinics, a mobile surgical vehicle, and four transport vehicles to help serve 15 North Texas counties and San Antonio with a combined population of more than 10 million.

Spay Neuter Network hopes to recruit board members who are bilingual. Skills or expertise in fundraising, legal support, and human resources are also preferred.

Board members must:
- Commit $1,000 to the organization (open to discussion).
- Attend bi-monthly board meetings and monthly committee meetings. Meetings last an hour and a half.
Board service terms last three years.
