Joan H. Hensley Scholarship
The purpose of the Joan H. Hensley Scholarship fund is to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors or past graduates of a high school in Dallas County who intend to pursue a degree at an accredited trade or vocational school or community college.
Deadline: May 1, 2026 -
- Applicants must be in good standing as a student
- Applicants must have the willingness to work hard to succeed in the program
- Applicants must be graduating seniors or past graduates of a high school in Dallas County

The select criteria include school and community participation, demonstrated leadership potential, financial need, and essay response.
