As business engagement officer for CFT for Business, Kymberlaine builds bridges between companies, their employees and the community. She guides those who value being good corporate citizens toward relationships with each other, connecting them with nonprofits in need of volunteers, board members and financial support.
She combines executive expertise in public relations, communications and employee engagement in the corporate arena with a long history of board and volunteer service in the community. She takes joy in building relationships that serve the greater good.
Prior to joining CFT4B, Kymberlaine spent more than 10 years at Telvista as director, communications and engagement, served in communications and grants at Interfaith Housing Coalition, and in marketing leadership roles in the REIT, financial services and software industries.
Her rare combination of equal skills in marketing and customer service drove 10+ NPS and CSAT improvements at three Fortune 500 companies and improved employee retention, engagement and NPS scores for more than 6,000 employees at multi-national business process outsourcing company.
Kymberlaine's passion is forming meaningful connections with people to form community because we are all stronger when we recognize and celebrate each other's originality, diversity, and humanity.
